 What if I need to reschedule?
No worries — if you reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice, your special remains valid and there’s no penalty.

If canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, the “Life Happens” policy applies:
 $35 fee or 50% of service (whichever is greater)
 Prepaid amount is non-refundable
 We'll check guest notes to see if you're eligible for a waived fee based on your history
