TERMS & CONDITIONS

Three-month initial commitment: The Ritual Facial Membership includes one facial per month for an initial three months. You can cancel after the three-month commitment with written notice; email is an accepted form of notice.

Why three months? Skin takes time, and consistency helps us understand what works for you. Three monthly visits give us the chance to learn your skin, build a routine and adjust your care as your goals evolve. Your results and timeline will be individual.

Facials do not roll over into the following month if an appointment is missed or cancelled. Membership facials are transferable: if you would like to gift yours to a friend or family member, please provide at least 24 hours' advance notice and the recipient's name.

Membership payments are automatically drafted on the first of each month. The membership is not valid with other offers, and your membership must be active to receive member perks.
