It is founded by Amber Swartz, a licensed esthetician of 22 years and RN since 2008. She knew early on in her esthetic career that she wanted to create a community for self care and growth and so Bumblebee was born from a simple but powerful idea: to help people feel confident and radiant in their own skin, no matter how busy life gets.

About me: My journey began at Valdosta State University, where I graduated in 2019 with a degree in Organizational Leadership. Despite my background in property management and real estate, my true passion lies in providing others with a haven for rejuvenation and self-care. This led me to discover my calling in esthetics, where I see more than just a profession - it's a canvas for artistic expression and personal fulfillment.

About me: Growing up in Tallahassee, I spent a lot of time in high-energy, fast-paced environments as a student athlete. My journey into esthetics began in Boca Raton, inspired by early memories in my mom’s hair salon—watching how a little self-care could completely transform someone’s confidence. Over time, that feeling grew into a passion for skincare and helping others slow down, feel cared for, and glow from the inside out. I truly believe healthy skin is more than how it looks—it’s a form of self-care and confidence, and being part of that transformation is what I love most about what I do.

Hello there! I’m Denise.

My love for aesthetics started long before it became my career.

I’ve been on both sides of the treatment table, so I know what it feels like to struggle with your skin and simply want someone to help you feel confident again. The estheticians who helped me didn’t just change my skin; they changed how I saw myself. That’s what led me here.

Life has taken me through many paths, including healthcare, travel, and new environments, but everything kept bringing me back to people, connection, and skin.

Experiencing treatments in different cultures opened my eyes to a more holistic and intentional approach to self-care. It taught me that beauty isn’t rushed, and it’s definitely not one-size-fits-all.

Today, I bring that perspective into every interaction. I’m detail-oriented, honest, and I genuinely care about how you feel while you’re with us and long after you leave.

My goal is simple:

Good energy. Real connection. Results that help you feel confident in your skin, brows, and lashes.

What drew you to skincare?

My own skin journey. I struggled with my skin and confidence, and the professionals who helped me completely changed how I felt about myself. That experience inspired me to become that person for someone else.

What drew you to Bumblebee?

The energy. Bumblebee feels personal, thoughtful, and rooted in trust. It’s so much more than treatments. It’s connection, growth, and community.

What is your beauty philosophy?

Beauty is personal, not perfect. I believe in a realistic, holistic approach that focuses on understanding both the skin and the person behind it.

What do your beautiful friends and clients have in common?

They want to feel confident in their skin and be part of a tribe that understands them. They value honesty, connection, and being genuinely cared for.

Favorite vices?

Traveling to new places, discovering local traditions, and enjoying a sweet treat I probably didn’t need but absolutely enjoyed anyway.
