Deposits:

Online booking reservations and In-Hive bookings reservations that are over 1.20 hours will require a 50% deposit. The deposit is collected at the time of booking reservation and it is  redeemed at the time of the service. It is ceded if needing to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of the reserved booked appointment.

For Cancellations/Rescheduling:

Life happens, we get it! If you need to cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, we’ll collect 50% of the total service. Don’t worry, we do see grey in the world and requests for exceptions will be considered individually.

Late Arrivals

We love early arrivals so we can treat you to a glass of Champagne, Sparkling water or Still water before taking you back for your treatment. This also helps alleviate with the last minute "airport" run vibes. Snag the parking spot or complimentary valet at Hotel Duval (we will validate at time of checkout), checking in, and taking care of any restroom needs. 

With all that said we completely understand that life happens. That is exactly why we named the policy. Please note that there will be a service coverage fee for guests who arrive 10 or more minutes late and we are not able to take you for your reserved appointment time. Most importantly, If there is room in the schedule, we will always do our best to take you in without applying the Life Happens standard.

Gratuity

Gratuity isn’t included, and is never expected! Take a moment to treat yourself with some of our amazing home-care products to keep the good vibes going. And we absolutely love when you share your experience with others, whether through a referral (earn those points) or a review on Google. It really means the world to us!  


 

Product Exchange Policy

When you purchase products from a licensed professional at Bumblebee, you can feel confident knowing we're here to help troubleshoot and ensure your skin's needs are met.

Limitations

  • Bumblebee will offer a credit for any product returned within 30 days and will work with you to find the perfect product for your skin.
  • The credit can only be applied toward a product exchange.
  • The credit amount will be based on the value of the returned product.

 


 

Service Redo Policy

Your satisfaction means the world to us! If you’re not completely happy with a service you’ve received, we’re here to make it right. We’re happy to offer you the opportunity to return to our studio for a complimentary redo. We appreciate the courage it may take to share that. We also love hearing what you love about your service and time in with us! Feel free to reach out about either 

Redo's are scheduled just like regular appointments, and we’re thrilled to help at no additional cost. To ensure we can accommodate you, please call us immediately and our goal is see you within a week of your original service. We will ask questions to begin troubleshooting and this is not intended to feel like we are questioning you. We’ll also ask that the redo be with the same professional who provided the initial service. We’re grateful for the opportunity to serve you and ensure you leave feeling your best!
