We respectfully ask that you give 24 hours notice if you must cancel or change your scheduled appointment. 50% of the service cost will be charged, with a minimum of $25 for any late cancellation. If you are 10 or more minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment or if booked for multi services then we may need to remove some and the life happened policy will be applied at the minimum of $25 for the missed services that were not able to be completed related to late arrival. We as always will do our best to get all services done while still maintaining our high standards.

Please note that after 3 reschedules with less than 24 hours notice within 1 year the guest will start to pay the full cost of the service instead of the $25 or half of the service fee. If rescheduling occurs with more than 24 hours notice, it is refundable.

For all Microblading guests: it is a one (1) week strict life happened. We require a $100 deposit & $25 consult deposit, if rescheduling occurs within this time frame then the $125 deposit is forfeited.

We appreciate your respect and understanding. We get it, life happens so if you fall ill/contagious please let us know right away but if the dog eats your homework, you get a flat tire on the way, the sitter ran late, called into a meeting we still must cover our bee esthetician team members!

Gratuity

Rates do not include gratuity. Please understand it is never expected. Treat yourself and purchase home-care for continued success. We love your referrals and online reviews on Google.

 Product Exchange policy

As an advantage of purchasing product from a licensed professional you can feel secure Bumblebee is here to troubleshoot and ensure your skin needs are met.

Limitations

Bumblebee will credit you for a product returned within 30 days and work to find the best product for you.

Credit to be applied to product exchange only.

Credit will not be applied toward services.Credit will be based on the amount of product returned

Service Redo

If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the studio for us to redo the service.

Redos are scheduled exactly like regular appointments and are provided at no charge. The only qualification that we make in providing redos is that you call to schedule the redo within the week of the original service and that the redo be scheduled with the same professional who provided the service.

However, in the case that the original professional has no time available, or if you feel that the professional is unable to provide the service, an exception may be made and the redo may be scheduled with another professional.

Restated Cancellation, "Life Happened" Policy

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for individuals and a 48 hour cancellation policy for group bookings of 3 or more people. Please note that you will be assessed  50% of your treatment price if you can not make it for your appointment or change your appointment without the minimum notice, 24 hours. We get that life is busy however we would never double book your time so please do everything to not book yours.
